Young StrikersA striker is the signing whose impact you notice fastest in Career Mode. Goals lift your results, and match ratings and minutes feed straight back into a young player's development, so one good ST prospect can shape an entire save. FC 27 doesn't have a 90+ potential striker the way it does on the wings. What it has instead is a deep pool of players in the 85–88 potential range, which leaves plenty of room to pick by budget and style.
This list pulls every ST and CF aged 23 or under from the FC 27 squad file and ranks them by potential (POT).
OVR, POT and attributes come from the FC 27 squad file. Transfer fees are estimates calculated from overall, potential and age; the real asking price in your save will depend on the selling club and contract. Attributes are listed as PAC / SHO / PAS / DRI / DEF / PHY.

The ceiling is 88, shared by Kroupi and Endrick. The more interesting number is the price: the most expensive player here, Šeško, is estimated at €45m, while the top young wingers run from €50m to well over €100m. A mid-table budget can realistically land someone from this top 15.
Target Man or Pace Forward?
Two strikers with the same OVR can play very differently, so it helps to split the list by profile.
Target men (physicality and heading)
- Samu (Porto) has the highest Physical in the table at 84, plus Precision Header and Enforcer. At 79 Pace he isn't slow either. He suits crossing-heavy 4-4-2 setups and lone-striker systems.
- Panichelli (Strasbourg) pairs 81 Shooting with 82 Physical and has Press Proven, which fits a high-pressing team. With 69 Pace, don't expect him to run in behind.
- Carlos Espí (Real Madrid, 20) brings 80 Physical with Precision Header, Acrobatic and Enforcer. His contract runs to 2031, so negotiations may be tough.
Pace forwards (speed and dribbling)
- Endrick (Real Madrid, 19) has 87 Pace and 81 Shooting with Rapid, Quick Step and Inventive, making him a real counter-attacking threat. He also covers RW and CAM.
- Bonny (Lombardia FC) matches that 87 Pace and adds 73 Passing, so he links play well. First Touch helps him hold the ball with his back to goal.
- Kofane (Leverkusen, 19) is well balanced at 81 Pace and 74 Physical, with +9 growth left.
All-rounder: Šeško (Man United) combines 85 Pace, 82 Shooting and 77 Physical with five PlayStyles, including Power Shot and Aerial Fortress. He's the one player who handles both crosses and runs in behind, so he fits almost any system.

- Staff (Saarbrücken) plays in the German third tier, so the selling club has less leverage, and his +23 growth is the biggest on this list.
- Wilson (Hearts), Mheuka (Celtic) and Stepanov (Utrecht) all have contracts ending in 2027, so approach them in your first season.
- Satpayev (Burnley, 17) is the fastest budget option at 83 Pace and also plays RM and LM. His contract runs to 2033, though, so expect the fee to climb above the estimate.
Tips for Developing a Young Striker
- Secure minutes first. Goals and match ratings drive a striker's growth. A player in the 60s OVR range is usually better off on loan somewhere he'll start than sitting on your bench.
- Check contract expiry. Players on short deals, like Wilson, Mheuka, Stepanov (2027) and Goto (2028), are more likely to move near their estimated value; anyone tied down past 2031 may cost more.
