The safest all-round shape: a double pivot locks the back door while a Shadow Striker and two Inside Forwards attack the box. A line height of 60 squeezes midfield space without exposing too much room behind.

A possession plan where a sweeper keeper and ball-playing centre-back circulate from the back while an Inverted Wingback steps into midfield for an overload. The False 9 drops to link play and the wide forwards attack the space it leaves.
